Fields marked as mandatory in the form are necessary to process your request. Without them, we will not be able to respond.

- Customers and partners: for the duration of the business relationship, then until the applicable limitation periods expire (generally 3 years for claims related to a business activity).

5. Who has access to your data
Your data is intended for Trade-Bouts. It is also processed by our technical service providers, solely for the purposes of their service:
- Tally (Tally BV, Belgium): contact form tool;
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting and delivery;
- Google (Google Workspace): receipt and management of emails.
Where necessary to process your request, certain relevant information (for example the characteristics of the product sought or offered) may be shared with the producers, manufacturers or buyers concerned.
Your data is never sold.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers, in particular Cloudflare and Google, may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent for TB ActuPrix offers at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@trade-bouts.com. We reply within one month.
8. Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl. You may also contact the authority in your country of residence, for example the CNIL in France or the Data Protection Authority in Belgium.
9. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses no cookies: neither advertising cookies nor audience measurement tools.
The contact form, provided by Tally, stores two random technical identifiers in your browser’s local storage as soon as it is displayed: a form session identifier and a respondent identifier. They are used by Tally for the operation of its form and contain neither your name nor your contact details.
The website itself only stores one temporary item of information: the type of request selected when you click a button from the legal information pages, deleted as soon as you reach the home page.
No consent banner is therefore displayed. Should this change, this policy would be updated and your consent would be requested.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
